EDUCHILD is a founding member of the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD) formerly known as the Fondation Internationale de la Famille (IDF) originally based in Zurich, Switzerland. It is now based in Madrid, Spain. IFFD has a General Consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). As such, IFFD participates in scientific studies about the family (“Family Watch”) IFFD also organizes regional and international congresses.
